Happy Valentine's Day! Hope everyone had a lovely weekend and has a great day and week planned. We've got a lot going on, so let's get to it, before we get to the big (ARC Giveaway!) to it!
First up, all you wanted to know about the Canine Death Squad, the Killer Kitties, and more, is over at Fido and Wino where I'm running the yap for the R.O.A.R. Squad about my furred inspirations. There are pictures, too.
Then head to the Order of Smut Vixens to check out what Martini's doing with Kitty today. A big shout out to those who made the auction on Sunday evening, and for those of you who missed it, well...there's always next year. (Congrats to Kelly, who took home BOTH Martini and Christopher. ;-D)
Next, there's a great review of "Touched by an Alien" over at One Good Book Deserves Another. Follow up with a nice listing of what's coming in April bookswise, you know, like "Alien in the Family", at Fleur de Lys.
Now, what you've all really been waiting for, news on the "Alien in the Family" ARC Giveaway. It's starting today...for Hook Me Up! subscribers only. If you're a reader of the Blah, Blah, Blah Blog and somehow still not on, now's the time. Send an email to gini@ginikoch.com with "Hook Me Up!" in the subject line. And do it fast. The ARC giveaway will run today, 2-14, through next Monday, 2-21. So don't delay, get on Hook Me Up! today!
Love,
Gini
(NOTE FOR HOOK ME UP! FOLKS LOOKING FOR ALIEN IN THE FAMILY ARC GIVEAWAY BLOG: Team Gini has, as is their wont, saved the day again. ARC Contest blog is now ABOVE this one. Carry on, all is back to being fully well.)
Wow, Martini is pulling out all the stops to make a gorgeous Valentine's Day for Kitty! Paris, *swoon*.
ReplyDeleteAnd one of my kitties looks a bit like one of yours! Fido and Wino is a great site! *G*
Happy Valentine's Day!
Same to you, Brandy! So glad you enjoyed!
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentines Day!
ReplyDeleteAs if I wasn't jealous of Kitty before... lucky, lucky girl :)
That Martini - what a fox.
ReplyDeleteMy attempt at romance: Cook a chicken. Yes, you heard me, cook a chicken. For my hunky hubby of course.
ReplyDeleteFirst Problem: I've just spent so much time trying to find this blog spot that the chicken is now burnt. I believe the kitchen sink is next.
Now the real problem: is it wrong for me to be deliciously anticipating the firemen who are about to show up at the door to put out the fire? In uniform. Growl.
Happy Valentine's Day, boys! Don't mind the kitchen sink. Or the hunky husband. Just do your thing, boys. Do you thing. I'll watch from over here.
*chuckle*
@Danielle - I know, Martini pulls out all the stops, doesn't he?
ReplyDelete@Vanessa - hey, the attempt is all the counts, right? And if it ends with hunky firemen arriving, it can't be ending all that badly!
What a sweetheart he is :).
ReplyDelete@Victoria - isn't he though? He does like spoiling his girl, I must say.
ReplyDeleteI can't help but wonder what it says about my love life when my first thought after reading Kitty and Martini's V day plans was, 'I want a man like that, but he's fictional and taken. Huh. Wonder what Reader and Gower are doing...'
ReplyDeleteLindsey, I think it shows you to be a woman of wit, character, breeding, and hipness. Though I could be a tad biased...
ReplyDeleteTeam Gini has come to save the day. The posts have been rearranged.
ReplyDeleteThank you and have a nice day.
PS. We need more vodka
Thanks so much for the Fido & Wino & R.O.A.R. Squad shout out!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for all you do for rescue and for taking part in the R.O.A.R. Squad. If any of your readers would like to join we'd love to have them!
Happy Valentine's Day :)
You're welcome, Shauna! (Brandy, I think she's asking for YOU to participate, girl!) Glad to do it, love what your site supports.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentines Day! Love you Gini :)
ReplyDeleteAw, thanks, Katie. Love you, and the rest of the Sheep Gang, too!
