The READ THIS! Author Q&A (with Moi and Bebe!), Book Birthdays, & More!

It's Almost Thanksgiving!

As I've said before, Thanksgiving is my favorite big holiday for a variety of reasons. We have friends coming in from out of town and we're not going to be doing a traditional celebration this year, but I'm super looking forward to it. And I hope all y'all have wonderful Thanksgivings, Friendsgivings, hang outs, long weekends, super shopping extravaganzas, or just have a lovely Thursday.

I'm also looking forward to the READ THIS! Author Q&A, which is THIS Thursday, and features moi and my co-writer Bebe Bayliss on the hot seat. Trust me, you don't want to miss this one!

There's more besides, including a book birthday that happened yesterday and an upcoming book birthday this Tuesday, so let's get to it, shall we? We shall!

I'm in a wonderful anthology from Albert Whitman & Co. celebrating Hanukkah with a diverse collection of poems and stories filled with history, humor, and hope, which released in the first week of September! Fall's Girl

Gini's Take: Stuntwoman Stacey Weir didn’t mean to become an amateur detective – but when the man who saved her as a teenager is accused of murder, there was only one thing for her to do…

But just in case you've missed the "official" intro...Gini Koch writes the fast, fresh, and funny Alien/ Katherine “Kitty” Katt series for DAW Books, the Necropolis Enforcement Files, and the Martian Alliance Chronicles. As G.J. Koch she writes the Alexander Outland series and she’s made the most of multiple personality disorder by writing novels, novellas, novelettes, and short stories in all the genres out there and under a variety of other pen names as well, including Anita Ensal, Jemma Chase, A.E. Stanton, and J.C. Koch. She now enjoys expanding the fun co-writing with Bebe Bayliss. Their first mystery novel, FALL’S GIRL, released from Ginger Blue Publishing in 2024. www.ginikoch.com

All I Want for Christmas is a Werewolf
By Liana Brooks

For those who came in late...

DRUMROLL, PLEASE...

I wrote "the end"!  I wrote "the end"! I wrote "the end"!

Yes, it's true, Aliens Like Us is FINALLY done and Kitty and I are super happy with it. Now it's with my crit partners and beta team, then once I make their fixes, if any (hey, a girl can dream), it goes to my agent. Then, from her, it goes to DAW.

At that point, DAW will go over edits and such with me and then I should have at least a guesstimate for the official release date.

As always, all y'all will be the first to know! (And yes, I'm getting the teaser pages for Alien Research ready as we speak, so to speak...)

Peace out, my li'l gangstas, and I'll catch all y'all on the flip side!
