Welcome To Love Month! In addition to Valentine's Day (that should be a fun and no pressure day but usually isn't but that I sincerely hope all y'all get to truly enjoy) we have Black History Month, LGBT month and, before a host of other things, National Tater Tot Day was on the 2nd. Why ask why? The other thing that happened on the 2nd was the good old Predictor Rodent came out to tell us that we'll be having six more weeks of winter. Yay. Because I just love cold. (This last statement is how you will know if I've been kidnapped and am calling for help.) What we don't have to hope for is a great book for the READ THIS! Book of the Month, because we totally have that covered, along with other fun things including a nice little announcement. So let's get to it, shall we? We shall!

So, you've read the READ THIS! selection and you want to share what you thought with the author, hang out with them and Gini, and generally talk books for an hour. Well, guess what? You can! The event will be held utilizing Discord, and the invitation to Gini's READ THIS! room will come out in the week prior to the chat. And that's not all! A Birthday Present... Many of you answered the call and gave me some reviews all over the place, for which I'm supremely grateful. But Member of the Alien Collective In Very Good Standing Jay of Dollhouse Park did even more: a very in-depth and different kind of review of my bookie wookies.  I'm truly touched by his words, and I hope you guys enjoy them, too.

Exciting News! Ginger Blue Publishing has asked for another one of my series - The Martian Alliance Chronicles. Which means all y'all will be getting more of this series as we roll along. The re-release of the first installment, The Royal Scam, is coming on April 22, 2025, with the other installments (including the long-awaited #4, Dr. Wu) coming out later this year! For those who don't have this series already, you can preorder from Amazon, B&N, and the other usual suspects. And please do - I want to be sure Ginger Blue is happy about taking my stuff in-house.

For those who came in late... I wrote "the end"!  I wrote "the end"! I wrote "the end"! Yes, it's true, Aliens Like Us is FINALLY done and Kitty and I are super happy with it. The next milestones -- review by my critique partners and beta team -- has happened. The next milestone has now also been reached! My agent's reviewed the book and she loves it just as much as I do. Now, it'll be going to DAW sometime this month. Once it's reviewed and they go over edits and such with me  I should have at least a guesstimate for the official release date. As always, all y'all will be the first to know! (And yes, I'm getting the teaser pages for Alien Research ready as we speak, so to speak...)
