Anticipating a House Call

Happy Monday!

Well, Alien in the House releases tomorrow and I'm all a'flutter. Well, okay, I'm really working on finishing Alien Research (al...most...there...) and getting ready for my book signing at The Poisoned Pen  in Scottsdale, AZ on Wednesday, May 8th at 7pm, and then for the Mysterious Galaxy 20th Birthday Bash in San Diego, CA on Saturday, May 11th, all day. But in between that? Fluttering.

So let's flutter together, shall we? Speaking of The Poisoned Pen and Mysterious Galaxy, guess who made it onto CNN's Best Brick and Mortar Indie Bookstores list? That's right! Mega congrats to two great bookstores who love books, readers, and authors!

Now, let's check out some reviews. See what A Buckeye Girl Reads, Feeling Fictional, and Book Girl of Mur-y-Castell all thought of Alien in the House. Then see what KD Did It Takes on Books thought of Alien vs. Alien.

Next, head over to Larissa's Bookish Life and see which series she feels has the best villains. Then, speaking of the Mysterious Galaxy Bday Bash, check out some interesting musings from one of the other awesome authors that will be there, Jeff Mariotte. And finish up over at The Galaxy Express to check out all the May SFR releases, and at DAW Books Review to check out all of DAW's May releases!

Remember that I'll be at Phoenix Comicon over Memorial Day Weekend, and it's packed with things to do. I'm in the Exhibit Hall, Booth 2512, I'm on tons of panels every day from Thursday, May 23rd through Sunday, May 26th, and I've even got an Author Spotlight on Sunday, May 26th, from 3-4pm, so definitely make your plans to be there!

And right after Phoenix Comicon is Arizona Dreamin'. There are only two tickets left to this 20-author event, so if you're thinking of attending -- and really, what's to think about? It's gonna be awesome! -- act fast!

That's it for today, but more's on the way. So get ready to get Alien in the House into YOUR house TOMORROW! Peace out, my li'l gangstas, and I'll catch you on the flip side!

Love,
Gini

AitH was excellent. It looks like the longest book yet. The only thing is it didn't seem to have quite as much humour as the rest, but still a great book. Can't wait for Alien Research.
