WEEK ONE: Touched by an Alien
It's time to tidy my office, and I need filing space. To that end, I'm giving away my edited galleys -- the hard copies that have my scribbles on them. There's only one of each book, so these are extremely rare, one-of-a-kind items.The contest will run weekly for 7 weeks, and cover the first 6 books in the Alien series and Alexander Outland: Space Pirate by G.J. Koch.
The contest for the Touched by an Alien edited galley will run from Tuesday, January 15, 2013 through Monday, January 21, 2013. Any contest entries received for TBAA after 1-21 will not qualify.
So, registered Hook Me Uppers!, answer this question: Which alien do you want to be touched by the most?

Contest will run weekly from Tuesday, January 15, 2013 through Monday, March 4, 2013 (TBAA runs 01-15-13 to 01-21-13; AT runs 01-22-13 to 01-28-13; AitF runs 01-29-13 to 02-04-13; AP runs 02-05-13 to 02-11-13; AD runs 02-12-13 to 02-18-13; AvA runs 02-19-13 to 02-25-13, and AO:SP runs 02-16-13 to 03-04-13). Each galley's contest will run for a week -- winners will be announced sometime in the week following each galley's entry close. Winners will have until the following Sunday to check in -- any galley not claimed by then will be pulled back by the Gods of Random and a new winner(s) will be chosen.
This an international contest -- as long as you're on Planet Earth, you can enter and win. You must have a deliverable address, though - no P.O. boxes. Prize may take 2-4 weeks to ship; it may take 6-8 weeks for international or longer. Prizes will NOT ship until the final contest week close, on the off chance someone manages to win more than one galley (yes, it's possible, because, as we know, the Gods of Random are capricious).

Actually I think the Dazzlers and all those cute hybrid-offsprings are even more awesome than your regular male Armani wearing AC, but a real acutal favourite... Guess I don't really have one, your aliens are just all all kinds of awesome ^^
And by the way: This is such an awesome contest! :D

Oooh, that's a tough question, Of course Jeff would be an obvious answer, but then Kitty would rip my arms off and beat me to death with them. Ditto with Christopher, Chuck, and all the other taken (darn it!) hotties. I'm going to have to go with a to-be-named gorgeous, smart, funny, UNATTACHED, wonderful alien that has not been introduced to the story line yet :-)
It must be our ages Ginny, but the tidy my office is so appropriate for moi also. I recently retired and looked at all the stuff I have laying around that really is just junk. So I have been "tidying my office" as well. How do we accumulate so much stuff??
I told my daughter I was doing it to save her time and effort when we pass and she said "thanks mom" lol

@Elizabeth Vrabel: Sounds like a plan, especially the unattached part XD Guess I'm kind of doing the same though I'd clearly prefer a yet-to-be-named, gorgeous, smart, funny, unattached, wonderful and (most improtant since the rest is kind of a given with any AC, at least the ones on Kitty's side) gay dazzler...

I have to agree with Elizabeth. Unless, of course, I could get any of the existing hotties to share... Oh, yes, it's good to share after all. I'm getting all hot and bothered just thinking about it... Right, I have to go run some errands. Yeah, errands, that's it. :-)
Voodoo Bride wants to be touched by Martini. I myself am still on the look out for a cute , female, piglike alien, but must confess I got a tiny crush on the Dazzlers.

I'm a weak woman and I want to be touched by Jeff, or Christopher... xD
But I have to add, since the question doesn't tell precisely "which alien" of "which universe" and as there are A LOT of those, I would like to be touched by The Doctor (from the british TV series Doctor Who). He's a TimeLord who travels in time and space in a Blue Box and have awesome adventures (sometimes featuring Daleks).
I have stopped counting how many dreams I had of finding the TARDIS around the corner, and meeting a strange good looking crasy guy who'll just say "run for your life"... ^^

@Stephanie yeah \o/ (don't worry there's enough of the Doctor to share, so to speak too xD - sorry I'm French I don't know if I'm making any sense by writing in English what I think in French xD)
I like Matt Smith too.. and David Tennant, and Christopher Eccleston, in fact I like them all.

I'm gonna have to be a hag...I want the sandwich and I want the to go shopping with me...amongst other things. :D
(In no particular order):
Jeff, Christopher, Reader (yeah, okay, the whole gay thing--he's not into you, but still! Top Male Cover Model with a BRAIN! And God knows I need someone who can keep my organized and focused....), and Roy from the Marian Alliance.... Mike could be a challenge, but I have a glare-the-glasses that has been known to stop 7th graders in their tracks....
As a full-time resident of The Home, the only people who touch me are nurses. Since Camilla can at least pretend to be a nurse - - and let's face it, most of the broads at The Home pretend to be nurses, too - - I have to go with being Touched by Camilla!
I really think that Kitty is now an alien sota/kinda so I would like to just sit down with her for a good long chat about motherhood, her awesome collecction of music and of course what it is like to be part of the alien community.
I really want to get started reading this series. Then I could answer the question "Which alien do you want to be touched by the most?" My first thought was Jeff but is he an Alien or a human? Besides - I really don't want Kitty coming after me. So can I save the question until I know the Alien choices?

If I could go back in time and steal Jeff before he ever met Kitty then he'd be my top choice, closely followed by Christopher if I could catch him when he was still single.
I can't stand cheaters though so I guess I'll have to go along with Elizabeth and pick an unnamed and most importantly unattached AC that you're going to write just for me Gini! I'm pretty sure it would be impossible for any AC to disappoint and I'd like to test out Kitty's theory that once you go alien you never go back LOL
I married and alien, and I'll never go back. Okay, he's a Brit, but still...
I never knew that my wife was an alien...until I met her mother. That woman was in a world of her very own.

The alien I want to be touched by the most is a grown up version of the alien Max from the show ROSWELL.
