Last One for the Road

Hope everyone had a great weekend and a good Monday (or, well, you know, as good a Monday as it's possible to have). Mine was spent being very busy because, as you know, I'm heading to San Diego Comic-Con in a matter of hours. But before we go to radio silence (other than the occasional Twitter update), I wanted to get you all caught up on the latest going's ons.

Now for some reviews. See what Geek Dad at Wired.com thought of Alexander Outland: Space Pirate by G.J. Koch (yes, moi), check out what Calliope's Domain thought of Alien Diplomacy, and then see the first review for The Night Beat up at Amazon.com.

The next stop after Comic-Con on my Split Personality Summer Signing Tour will be August 5, 2012, from 2:00-4:00 at The Poisoned Pen in Scottsdale, AZ. I'll be signing Alien Diplomacy, Alexander Outland: Space Pirate, and The Night Beat, so be there or miss out on the signing frenzy (and yes, chocolate will also be making an appearance).

Can't make it to the Greater Phoenix Metro Area next month? No worries, The Poisoned Pen has you covered. I have no idea how it's Friday again already, but I hope everyone's ready for the weekend! But, before we head off, as my Hook Me Up! subscribers already know, there's a lot going on. So let's get to it!

Weekend Update

As my Hook Me Up! subscribers already know, our own awesome ALPHA Reader has an interview up with yours truly, and is also giving away a copy of "Touched by an Alien"! Go take a look, have a read, learn more about what we all laughingly call "my process", and check out who I'd cast as the cast if I were doing it today. Book Release, Interviews and More, Oh My!

As my Hook Me Up! subscribers already know, the big day is finally here -- "Touched by an Alien" officially releases today. Now all of you who actually got copies before the release date can stop feeling illicit and lording it over everyone else.

In honor of the momentous occasion, I'm all over the 'net even more than usual today.

First up, head on over to The Galaxy Express and check out my super cool interview. There is a prize being given away, so be sure to comment on the blog so you can be in the running for it. The site is wicked awesome, so spend some time looking it over.

Then, bounce off to The Other Side of the Story where I get the cool task of inaugurating a column with: How I Write. No prize there, but you'll learn more about "my process" (which, truly, is more than: sit at computer, turn on Aerosmith, open document, type...though that's a very good and effective process for me...), so give some blog comment love anyway.

Amber Scott's giving me some love, too. So head over and give her an atta girl!
